All payments are final and non-refundable
All subscription fees, setup fees, and service charges are non-refundable, regardless of usage, upgrade/downgrade, or cancellation timing.
We do not issue refunds for partial months of service, unused features, or periods of inactivity.
If you believe you were incorrectly charged, you must notify us within 7 days of the billing date at support@sellco.ai.
Verified duplicate or erroneous charges may be credited or refunded at our sole discretion.
If a free trial is offered, you will not be billed until the trial ends. Once billed, payments are final and non-refundable.
We do not issue refunds for cancellations made mid-cycle. Your subscription remains active until the end of the paid term.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
